Problematic

Banque de France has three main missions: monetary strategy, service to the economy and financial stability.
In order to carry out these tasks and to steer the Banque, like any other company, it also has support services (human resources, finance and management control, legal, etc.).

It operates in France and internationally, particularly within the framework of the Eurosystem. The languages used are therefore French and English.
With regard to its missions, some data are confidential by nature and/or subject to regulations such as the RGPD and the Military Planning Law. Conversely, some information is or may become public.

Banque de France has already identified some use cases for generative AI: document synthesis, data analysis, report generation, diversified assistance, learning tools in the framework of staff training and public financial education (....)

With YOU, it now wishes to confirm and complete them but also to evaluate their operational feasibility.

2 categories of possible answers:

Category 1 - "Mature" solution: This category is primarily aimed at publishers or integrators with a mature solution that can be used directly by the Banque de France, after a potential "parameterisation". Start-ups or other structures that already have a mature solution can also apply in this category.

Category 2 - "To be built" solution: This category is aimed at applicants wishing to propose an approach based on the assembly of existing or reusable components, but also at more R&D or product development approaches. It is aimed at start-ups (product in construction or launch phase), research laboratories and students. At this stage, Banque de France does not wish to limit the applicants' proposals.
