Terms and use cases

 

This innovation challenge is open only to “ to-be-built ” solutions, i.e. candidates wishing to propose an approach based on the assembly of existing or reusable components, but also to more R&D or product development approaches.

The final solution must be developed in open-source and use EVM-compatible blockchains.
 
To participate, you will be asked to answer a questionnaire presenting your project/solution idea.
Throughout your response, you are expected to provide evidence to validate the relevance of your approach and the potential capabilities of your solution.

A non-exhaustive and non-restrictive list of use cases to be addressed as part of this challenge is given below, as well as in the specifications. New and different ideas are welcome!
 

Eligibility criteria

To be eligible, you must be established in the European Union or in a member state of the European Economic Area and :

| respond explicitly to the question posed by the Call for Contributions and to the requirements formulated in the specifications throughout the phases of the Call for Contributions.
| develop your solution in open-source format and not subject its use to any service fees;
| submit a complete file in a standard digital format (.PPT, .PDF, .DOC...). Files such as mp3, mpeg, mov, mp4 are permitted in addition. Executable files are not permitted. In general, entries must comply with the conditions laid down in the Rules.
 

Assessment criteria

Your response will be assessed on the basis of the following 3 selection criteria:
 
#1. compliance with specifications:

adequacy of the proposed elements with regard to the expectations of the Call for Contributions


#2. innovative potential:

ability to advance blockchain security in the field of smart contracts

 
#3. Appropriateness of the resources to be deployed:

adequacy between the project's ambition and the means implemented to achieve it.

A maximum of 10 applications will be accepted for this challenge.
