The declaration of conformity for Banque de France site has not yet been issued. An accessibility audit for this website (http://innovation.banque-france.fr) is scheduled for 2023.
Banque de France is committed to making its internet, intranet and extranet websites, software packages and mobile applications accessible in accordance with Article 47 of Law 2005-102 of 11 February 2005.

Banque de France is aware that potential problems with the current website (http://innovation.banque-france.fr) may cause significant difficulties in using the website.
While awaiting the new version of the website, it undertakes to take the necessary steps to provide access, within a reasonable period of time, to the information and functions sought by the disabled person.
In doing so, it complies with article 11 of the law of February 2005:
the disabled person has the right to compensation for the consequences of his or her disability, regardless of the origin and nature of his or her impairment, age or lifestyle.
Banque de France therefore invites people who encounter difficulties to contact it so that assistance can be provided (accessible alternative, information and content given in another form).

If you notice a lack of accessibility that prevents you from accessing a content or functionality of the website, that you report it to us and you do not manage to obtain a response from us, you are entitled to send your complaints or a request for referral to the Rights Defender.
